Chinese New Year 2023

Great Bookham School celebrated Chinese New Year with a fantastic assembly led by Mr Perrins. He taught the children phrases and songs in Chinese and led a fascinating story telling session about the legend of Nian and the Lunar New Year story. All Great Bookham School children (and some teachers!) took part in creating a giant dragon too, which our very talented Miss Andrews kindly drew for us.
